What is a Pre-order item?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at hi@kalathebrand.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been received and processed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hi@kalathebrand.com within 5 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from Bali, Indonesia.
How do i take care of my swimsuit?
Do not wring or iron. Hand wash with cold water separately for dark colour, using mild, gentle soap. Hang to dry with no direct sunshine. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry.
